Our firm was founded by Katie with a simple but powerful goal: to provide thoughtful, effective legal guidance to families during some of the most important moments of their lives. Katie’s path to becoming an attorney was anything but traditional. As a teen mother, she learned early on the strength, determination, and resilience required to build a stable future for her family. Before attending law school, she worked for Child Protective Services, where she saw firsthand how deeply legal decisions can impact parents, children, and entire families.

Those experiences shaped the way she practices law today. After working closely with individuals navigating divorce, custody disputes, probate matters, and guardianship decisions, Katie founded Kaske Law with the belief that clients deserve both strong advocacy and genuine compassion. From the very beginning, her vision has been to create a practice that not only protects clients’ rights but also helps guide families forward with clarity, stability, and confidence about what comes next.
