Mariah Silva

Mariah Silva serves as a Paralegal and Client Intake Specialist at Kaske Law, where she helps guide clients through some of life's most difficult transitions with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Whether she's welcoming a prospective client during their first call or assisting with the day-to-day management of an active case, Mariah is committed to making every person who contacts our office feel supported, informed, and valued.

Before joining Kaske Law, Mariah worked as a Legal Assistant in the San Antonio area, where she developed extensive experience preparing legal documents, organizing case files, coordinating trial materials, and helping attorneys keep cases moving efficiently. Her strong attention to detail, calm demeanor, and dedication to exceptional client service make her an important part of our team.

Mariah earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University–San Antonio and is excited to continue building her career in the legal field while serving families across Texas.

When she's away from the office, Mariah's favorite place to be is curled up with a good book. She has set an ambitious goal of reading 75 books this year and is always looking for her next great recommendation. She is also a proud San Antonio native and lifelong Spurs fan, a devoted Swiftie, and enjoys spending evenings playing board games or embarking on adventures with friends during a game of Dungeons & Dragons. At home, she's kept company by her cat, Athena, who was named after the Greek goddess because of Mariah's love of Greek mythology.
