Katie Kaske, Esq.
Katie Kaske is a Texas-licensed attorney and the founder of Kaske Law PC, a family law firm dedicated to serving clients with skill, strategy, and compassion. Known for her steady advocacy and practical approach, Katie helps individuals and families navigate some of the most difficult chapters of their lives with clarity, confidence, and dignity.
Katie earned her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law, where she achieved Dean’s List honors and gained meaningful hands-on legal experience through the Joyce Ann Brown Innocence Clinic and a judicial internship with the 416th District Court in Collin County. Her legal training gave her a strong foundation in advocacy, procedure, and client-centered representation.
Before founding Kaske Law PC, Katie worked as an Associate Attorney at one of the most prominent family law firms in Texas. In that role, she represented clients in a wide range of family law matters, including complex divorce, child custody disputes, emergency hearings, enforcement actions, and high-asset property divisions. She negotiated settlements, prepared cases for trial, and advocated for clients in court, gaining firsthand experience in fast-paced and high-stakes litigation.
Katie’s path to family law began long before she became an attorney. Prior to practicing law, she spent more than six years as a CPS Investigator with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. She conducted investigations, managed emergency removals, testified in court, and mentored new investigators. That experience gave Katie a deep understanding of child welfare issues, family dynamics, crisis response, and the real-life impact of court orders on parents and children.
At Kaske Law PC, Katie focuses her practice on family law matters, including CPS and child welfare cases, protective orders, enforcement actions, and child custody modifications. Her work is rooted in strategic thinking, professional integrity, and a strong command of Texas family law.
Katie brings not only legal knowledge, but lived experience to her practice. Having become a mother as a teenager, she understands resilience, sacrifice, and what it means to fight for a better future. That perspective fuels her commitment to helping clients move forward with strength, dignity, and purpose.
Katie is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, including its Family Law and Child Welfare Sections, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association, Texas Bar College, and the Mexican American Bar Association.
