At Kaske Law, our attorneys may be the faces clients see in the courtroom, but it takes an entire team working behind the scenes to ensure every hearing, filing, deadline, and client experience runs as smoothly as possible.

This summer, we've been incredibly fortunate to have Reese as part of our team, and thankfully, we get to keep her with us through almost the end of August.

If you've called our office, received timely updates, or watched our attorneys walk into court fully prepared, there's a good chance Reese had a hand in making it happen.

The Work You Don't Always See

Legal work involves far more than what happens inside the courtroom.

Behind every successful hearing are countless hours spent organizing files, preparing hearing binders, assembling exhibits, reviewing documents, coordinating deadlines, and making sure our attorneys have everything they need before they ever stand before a judge.

Since joining us this summer, Reese has become an integral part of our day-to-day operations by assisting with:

  • Office organization and workflow improvements

  • Administrative support

  • Preparing hearing materials and litigation notebooks

  • Organizing client files and case documents

  • Supporting attorneys with hearing and trial preparation

  • Helping our team stay organized so we can better serve our clients

  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, content creation, and social media projects

  • Helping strengthen our firm's brand through behind-the-scenes communications and creative support

Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made a tremendous impact on our office.

Getting to Know Reese

Reese is currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations at Syracuse University with a minor in Artificial Intelligence Policy.

A Dallas native, she brings a unique combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and professionalism to our team. On campus, she is actively involved as:

  • An active member of Alpha Phi

  • Vice President of Women in Communications

  • Director of Membership Operations for Syracuse University's Wellness Society LLC

Her career interests span digital media, strategic communications, public policy, social media management, and the legal industry, making her a wonderful fit for our growing team.

Outside the office, Reese enjoys shopping, taking solidcore classes (she proudly admits she's a bit of an addict!), researching content creation strategies, and spending time with friends.

Investing in the Next Generation

Internships should be more than simply observing from the sidelines. At Kaske Law PC, we believe the best learning happens through meaningful, hands-on experience. Our interns work alongside our attorneys and staff on real projects that contribute to the day-to-day operations of a busy family law practice while developing practical skills they can carry into their future careers.

Depending on their area of study and interests, interns may assist with legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, preparing hearing and trial materials, organizing case files, observing court proceedings, and gaining exposure to client service, litigation strategy, and case management. Students pursuing careers in business, marketing, communications, accounting, or other professional fields also have the opportunity to work on operational initiatives, office administration, financial processes, branding, content creation, and social media strategy.

Whether serving as a legal intern, law clerk, extern, or supporting our business operations, every intern is treated as a valued member of our team. Our goal is to provide meaningful mentorship, professional development, and real-world experience that offers an authentic look at what it takes to operate a successful, client-focused law firm.

Watching Reese grow throughout the summer has been incredibly rewarding, and we're grateful for everything she has contributed. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt every day by our attorneys, staff, and clients.

Thank you, Reese, for everything you've done this summer. We appreciate your dedication, positivity, and willingness to learn, and we're excited to continue working alongside you through the rest of the summer.

Interested in Joining Our Team?

One of our favorite parts of each year is welcoming students who are eager to learn and gain meaningful, real-world experience.

We are always happy to connect with prospective interns and enjoy collaborating with local colleges and universities to provide internship and college-credit externship opportunities. While our legal interns play an important role in supporting our attorneys and case preparation, we also welcome students interested in areas such as:

  • Marketing and Communications

  • Public Relations

  • Business Administration

  • Accounting and Finance

  • Legal Studies and Pre-Law

  • Other related fields

Our goal is to provide every intern with meaningful work, professional mentorship, and hands-on experience that helps prepare them for the next step in their career.

If you're interested in joining Kaske Law PC as a Spring 2027 or Summer 2027 intern, it's never too early to start the conversation. We encourage interested students to submit their résumé and application materials well in advance, as internship opportunities are limited and positions often fill early.

If you're motivated, curious, and excited to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. We look forward to helping develop the next generation of legal, business, and communications professionals.
