Meet Mariah Silva: Kaske Law’s New Paralegal & Client Intake Specialist

Kaske Law is excited to welcome Mariah Silva to our team as our new Paralegal and Client Intake Specialist!

At Kaske Law, we know that reaching out to a family law firm often happens during one of the most stressful and uncertain times in a person’s life. From the very first phone call, our goal is to make every client feel heard, supported, and confident that they have a team in their corner. Mariah shares that commitment wholeheartedly, and we are thrilled to have her helping us serve families across Texas.

A Passion for Helping Clients Feel Supported

In her role as a Paralegal and Client Intake Specialist, Mariah helps guide clients through every stage of their experience with our firm. She may be one of the first friendly voices a prospective client hears when contacting Kaske Law, and she also assists with the day-to-day management of active cases.

No matter where someone is in the process, Mariah approaches each interaction with compassion, patience, and genuine care. She believes even the smallest interaction can make a meaningful difference, especially for someone navigating a difficult transition.

Her goal is simple: to make sure every person who contacts Kaske Law feels welcomed, heard, informed, and valued.

Bringing Valuable Legal Experience to Kaske Law

Before joining Kaske Law, Mariah worked as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in the San Antonio area. During that time, she gained extensive hands-on experience supporting attorneys and clients throughout the legal process.

Her background includes preparing legal documents, organizing case files, coordinating trial materials, and helping attorneys keep cases organized and moving forward efficiently. That experience, combined with her strong attention to detail and calm demeanor, makes her a wonderful addition to the Kaske Law team.

Mariah earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University–San Antonio and is excited to continue growing her career in the legal field while helping Kaske Law serve families throughout Texas.

Getting to Know Mariah Outside the Office

When Mariah isn't helping clients or keeping cases on track, there's a good chance you'll find her curled up with a book. An avid reader, she has set an impressive goal of reading 75 books this year—so book recommendations are always welcome!

As a proud San Antonio native, Mariah is also a lifelong Spurs fan. She's a devoted Swiftie, loves spending evenings playing board games, and enjoys heading out on adventures with friends during a game of Dungeons & Dragons.

Her love of stories extends to Greek mythology, too. In fact, her cat, Athena, is named after the Greek goddess.

Between books, basketball, Taylor Swift, mythology, and D&D, we have a feeling there will never be a shortage of conversation around the office.
