Behind every successful law firm is a team dedicated to making sure clients feel supported every step of the way. At Kaske Law PC, that leadership begins with our Chief Operating Officer, Ava Avedikian.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ava oversees the firm's operations, financial management, marketing, client experience, and long-term strategic growth. From developing efficient systems and improving internal processes to enhancing the client journey, she works behind the scenes to ensure every part of the firm operates with excellence. Her goal is simple: create an environment where both clients and team members can succeed.

While her primary focus is leading the firm's operations, clients may also occasionally work with Ava in her dual role as a Senior Paralegal for the firm's most contentious matters. Her extensive legal knowledge, combined with her operational leadership, allows her to support attorneys and clients in complex family law matters while ensuring the firm continues to provide exceptional service.

Originally from North Carolina, Ava brings more than a decade of experience across law firms, nonprofit organizations, and corporate environments. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for solving problems, streamlining operations, and finding innovative ways to help organizations grow. Her unique background allows her to bridge the gap between legal practice and business strategy, helping Kaske Law continue to evolve while maintaining a client-centered approach.

Ava earned her Master of Legal Studies in Business Law and Compliance from Texas A&M University School of Law, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Law and Compliance. She also holds a Master of Arts and Graduate Certificate in Child Advocacy and Policy from Montclair State University, a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies and Sociology from Winston-Salem State University, and associate degrees in Paralegal Technology and Nonprofit Financial Management from Forsyth Technical Community College.

Although her experience spans multiple areas of law and business, family law is where Ava feels most at home. Through her own lived experiences, she understands firsthand how profoundly legal matters can affect individuals, families, and their futures. Those experiences have shaped her commitment to ensuring every client is treated with empathy, compassion, and respect. She believes exceptional legal representation is about more than obtaining favorable outcomes. It is about helping people move forward with confidence during some of life's most difficult transitions.

Ava is an active member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association (DAPA), where she previously served as E-News Manager. She remains passionate about professional development, leadership, innovation, and continuously improving the client experience through thoughtful systems and creative problem-solving.

Outside of the office, Ava is both an entrepreneur and a creative. She runs a photography business on the weekends where she enjoys documenting life's most meaningful moments and telling stories through her camera lens. When she isn't working, you'll likely find her searching for the perfect sushi restaurant, exploring a new coffee shop or local market, reading a psychological thriller, or working on one of her many creative projects. A lifelong lover of nostalgia, two of her favorite comfort films are My Neighbor Totoro and Matilda, stories that celebrate resilience, imagination, and finding strength through adversity.

Whether she is developing new strategies, supporting attorneys and clients, strengthening firm operations, or creating innovative solutions behind the scenes, Ava brings authenticity, creativity, and heart to everything she does. Her passion for serving others and commitment to excellence help ensure that every client who walks through Kaske Law's doors receives not only outstanding legal representation, but an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
