Ava Avedikian, MLS, MA
As Chief Operating Officer of Kaske Law PC, Ava leads the firm's operations, finances, marketing, and client experience. She is responsible for turning ideas into action, building systems that support growth, and ensuring the firm delivers exceptional service to both clients and team members.

While her primary focus is leading the firm's operations and strategic initiatives, you may also occasionally see Ava serving in a dual role as a Senior Paralegal, supporting attorneys and clients in complex family law matters. Her unique combination of legal knowledge, business strategy, and operational leadership allows her to strengthen every aspect of the firm's practice while maintaining a client-centered approach.

Originally from North Carolina, Ava brings more than a decade of experience spanning law firms, nonprofit organizations, and corporate environments. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for solving problems, improving processes, and finding creative ways to help organizations thrive. Her expertise lies at the intersection of family law, business operations, financial management, and marketing, allowing her to drive both organizational growth and exceptional client experiences.

Ava earned a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) in Business Law and Compliance from Texas A&M University School of Law, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Law and Compliance. She also holds a Master of Arts and Graduate Certificate in Child Advocacy and Policy from Montclair State University, a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies and Sociology from Winston-Salem State University, and associate degrees in Paralegal Technology and Nonprofit Financial Management from Forsyth Technical Community College.

While Ava's experience spans multiple areas of law, family law is where she is most passionate. Having lost her father shortly before her sixth birthday and growing up in a divorced household, she understands firsthand how deeply legal matters can affect families and futures. Those experiences shaped her commitment to helping clients navigate some of life's most difficult transitions with empathy, compassion, and confidence. She believes every client deserves not only exceptional legal representation, but also a team that genuinely cares about their future.

Ava is an active member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association (DAPA), where she previously served as E-News Manager. She remains engaged in the legal community and is passionate about leadership, innovation, professional development, and creating outstanding client experiences.

Outside of the office, Ava is both an entrepreneur and a creative. She enjoys capturing life's most meaningful moments and telling stories through her camera lens. When she's not working, there is a good chance you'll find her searching for her next favorite sushi restaurant, discovering a new coffee shop or market, and working on one of her many creative projects. A lover of nostalgia, her favorite comfort films are My Neighbor Totoro and Matilda, stories that celebrate resilience, imagination, and finding strength in adversity.
