About Katie Kaske
Katie Kaske is a Texas-licensed attorney and the solo practitioner of Kaske Law PC, a firm dedicated to serving families with skill, strategy, and compassion. She holds a Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law, where she earned Dean’s List honors and gained meaningful legal experience through the Joyce Anne Brown Innocence Clinic and a judicial internship with the 416th District Court in Collin County.
Her professional journey began as an Associate Attorney at one of the most prominent family law firms in Texas. There, she represented clients in a wide range of matters including complex divorces, child custody disputes, emergency hearings, and high-asset property divisions. She negotiated settlements, prepared for trial, and advocated in court, gaining firsthand experience in fast-paced, high-stakes litigation.
Before practicing law, Katie worked for over six years as a CPS Investigator with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. She conducted investigations, managed emergency removals, testified in court, and mentored new hires. That experience built a foundation of resilience, attention to detail, and deep empathy that continues to shape her legal approach.
At Kaske Law PC, she focuses on family law matters including CPS/Child Welfare Issues, Protective Orders, Enforcement's, and Child Modifications and modifications. Her practice is rooted in strategic thinking, professional integrity, and a strong command of family law.
Katie brings not only legal knowledge, but also lived experience. She became a mother as a teenager and understands what it means to fight for your future. That perspective fuels her commitment to helping clients move forward with dignity and strength.
She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association (Family Law and Child Welfare Sections), Dallas Young Lawyers Association, Texas Bar College, and the Mexican American Bar Association.
